29 ILLUSTRATION FESTIVAL STAND FINAL PRESENTATION DAY 2

This final day before the event was spent collecting together our final elements and perfecting the display. This involved the filling of our helium balloon, attempting to iron flat our tarpaulin as much as we could and positioning stickers of electrical circuit motifs. These were a last minute addition to suggest a movement and flow to the workshop. The black textured strip ended the workshop circuit and was chosen to be positioned at the location of stamping/processing the postcard ready to be 'posted' in our 'Orbit Transfer Postbox'. We did this in consideration of comfort and a softening of the noise and action involved in the stamping on the table-top. It also worked as a clear method of separating this separate 'station' from the writing section. Chairs and an empty area was centralised in the circuit of the table to allow the public to sit and write their postcard.

All elements ready to be taken to the Forum!
Excitement brewing...
