Although imperfect with creases and flaked edges, we loved the outcome of our first foil printing tests. The imperfections added a texture, suggesting a more handmade, traditional and aged process. The metallic silver gave genuine futuristic feel. The prints worked well visually as an alternative to the colour postcards and their retro/future theme.
